We're glad you're interested in our pre-orders! Before you pre-order a product, here are a few important points: Our pre-orders are based on demand, which means we are obliged to accept them.

1. Think carefully: Are you sure that this figure is exactly what you want?
2. Patience is required: Can you endure the anticipation of the figure until delivery?

Our goal is to make your shopping experience as pleasant and transparent as possible. Therefore, please also note the following:

- Pre-order information:

- Separate orders: It's best to order pre-orders separately from items in stock. Below you'll find the process for items with different delivery times.

- Binding purchase: The amount for pre-orders is due immediately.

- Orders cannot be cancelled: Please note that pre-orders cannot be cancelled after checkout.

Nevertheless, we want to act in a customer-oriented manner. We offer you the opportunity to check the accuracy of your order within 12 hours of receiving order confirmation. Should you discover that this was an error, please contact us by email at info@yokina.de within this period. After this period, the pre-order is considered binding and can no longer be canceled. At the same time, you will receive an order confirmation in PDF format via email, including the respective expected product availability.

- Delivery time and release: You will receive your figure as soon as it is available. Please note that the expected release date for pre-orders can vary significantly depending on the supplier and manufacturer – in some cases, even up to 12 months. As the estimated delivery times are non-binding and do not represent a guaranteed delivery date, we recommend that you opt for in-stock items for time-sensitive occasions (e.g., birthdays).

We do our best, but cannot guarantee that all pre-ordered figures will arrive. Should we not receive a delivery (e.g., due to a production stoppage or damaged goods), we will of course refund you the full amount including shipping costs.

Two items with different delivery times:

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have made a different agreement with you.

The delivery time depends on the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
